- Cancellation by Customer:
- Cancellations made more than 96 hours before the tour date are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour date are non-refundable.
- Cancellation by Company:
- The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather or insufficient participant numbers. In such cases, customers will be offered a full refund or an option to reschedule.
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed in the original form of payment within 7 days.
- No refunds will be provided for any unused services or portions of a tour.
5. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must have a valid passport, visas, or travel documentation as required by law.
- The Company reserves the right to refuse participation to individuals who may compromise the safety or enjoyment of other participants.
- Customers are responsible for their belongings during the tour.

- Memory Travel Iceland acts as an agent for various suppliers; therefore, it is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or damages arising from services provided by third parties.

- The Company reserves the right to modify the itinerary or activities due to weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- The Company will make reasonable efforts to inform customers of any changes prior to the tour.
